To view the bids received, go to the Bidder Management tab of the opening tool at the link https://contractaciopublica.cat/ecofin_sobre/AppJava/views/mesa/expedients.xhtml
Bids that have been entered through the electronic bidding tools can be downloaded through the opening tool once the bids are opened in the case of telematics or the envelopes in the case of Digital Envelope.
