The PSCP allows batches to be advanced at different times.
In the event that, in a certain file, it is necessary to advance the phase of some batches, leaving others still in the preliminary phase, this can be done by selecting the batches that you want to advance from the Phase change action":
In order to subsequently advance the lots that were left behind in previous phases, you can do it with the action "Process pending lots":
The data reported at one stage of the file can be transferred between the different lots of the tender from the Lot Copy.
Likewise, when a new phase is started through the Publications Manager, the matching fields reported in the previous phases are automatically transferred to the newly started one.
