The deadline date for the submission of offers for a published announcement can be modified by means of an amendment to the tender announcement phase.
Record configured with e-Licita:
- The deadline date for submitting bids can be extended independently of the electronic bidding tool chosen by the filer. However, once any bid envelope has been opened, bidders will not be able to submit bids (except in the case of the Dynamic Procurement System in which it is allowed to do so throughout the life of the bid, even though the envelopes are open).
- If the new date of the term exceeds the configured date of opening of applications, it is necessary to extend this using the button of "e-Licita" for the configuration of envelopes and publish a new date of opening of applications (modifying the date in the configuration of electronic tender, an amendment will be published automatically with the modification made). Once this modification is visible on the Platform, the corresponding amendment to the change in the deadline for submission of offers can be made and published.
