The amendment can be made by users with profile: Editor and Validador.

It should be borne in mind that you only need to amend what has been published and you want to modify. If it is data that was not published, there is no need to amend it.

The amendment will be made following the following instructions:

– First of all, you need to press the “Create amendment” option from the action button.

– A window will open allowing you to enter data:

The amendment action allows you to choose the phase on which the amendment is made, therefore it is possible to amend a phase prior to the last published one, if necessary. For example, an amendment can be made to the award, even though the formalization has already been published, if the need exists.
In the section Reason for the amendment, you must indicate an explanatory text in relation to the fact that the amendment of the published data is necessary. This text will be displayed on the Platform.

By saving this data, a new version of the same phase is created where the information can be edited and published following the same procedure as in the initial version.

For any publication , the deadline for submission of offers must be greater than the date of publication, therefore it will be necessary to take into account modifying this value if it has already expired. And in the event that the reason for the amendment is to modify the opening dates in eLicita, we must take into account that this action is done directly from the configuration of the eLicita tools, without opening an amendment procedure, for so as not to have to extend the submission deadline, if it has already passed.

As many amendments can be made as necessary, provided that the above points are met.

Data from the initial post will continue to be viewed.

"Create amendment" action does not appear

There can be different reasons why this option doesn't appear, so check the following:

The identified user is a validator or editor (the administrator profile does not have the ability to edit posts).

The current phase is in Published status and is visible on the portal. If the exact time of publication has not yet arrived, the action "Create amendment" does not appear. If you want to modify any data in this case, just cancel the publication (validating user).

The next phase has not started. When the phase after the one you want to amend is started, the "amend" button does not appear. If the phase after the one you want to edit is in Editing status, it must be deleted (editor or validator profile). Then the amendment can be made.

I can't find the ad field I want to amend in a file migrated from the previous Platform

In the migrated files, it may happen that at the time of creating an amendment, the field to be amended no longer exists (given that there have been changes in the fields of the advertisements). In this case what needs to be done is to inform in the Observations section of the announcement the field that you want to amend and what the change is).

How can I delete an amendment, since what was published is correct ?

In the event that the amendment is not published, it is possible "delete" the draft amendment.
