According to the service level agreement, registration requests for the services of the AOC Consortium will be processed, in 90% of cases, within a maximum of 15 working days, once the documentation received has been validated.
If any request is made, it is sent by email to the contact person indicated on the registration / modification form. Make sure this person has not received any mail.
You can check if registration has already been completed by searching for your organization on the Generalitat's Contractor Profile website. If you are listed and have not received any communication regarding the registration, please contact us through our contact form and we will review it.
