When the submission of bids to a file published in the PSCP, has been made from the e-LICITA tools (Digital or Telematic Envelope), the bidders' data can be retrieved in the evaluation phase through the button "Recover bidding companies". This action must be taken at the start of the phase since it deletes the data of companies that may have been previously entered.
