In order for users with editor and validator roles to have access to view bids received in the Bidder Management tab of eLicita, they must have the specific 'Permission to view bids' indicator enabled in their user profile. This option can be edited by users with the Organization Administrator role from the Common Functions user management.
To do this, the administrator must access the Users module, search for the user in question, check the "Permission to view offers" indicator and save the changes.
In the case of files configured with Digital Envelope, in order to access the opening space, you must be a custodian or a member of the desk.
